• Collaborate with the team to plan the work output in store.
• Consistently exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining costs and avoiding wastages.
• Manage daily operations activities such as cashiering, making of beverages, opening and closing of the store, and daily counting of stocks while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
• Capable of solving any issue and providing support and guidance to the team.
• Ensure stores are compliant with operational standards, company policies, regulations, hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Able to handle different types of responsibilities within the job scope.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in store or any relevant experiences preferred.
• Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Job Description

• Pro-active to serve any walk-in customers for dine-in & takeaway.
• Taking beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
• Preparing and serving beverages to customers.
• Cleaning and maintaining bar service areas, tea- and coffee-making areas and equipment such as espresso machines.
• Assisting in keeping the bar properly stocked and arranging bottles and glasses.
• Be active to share and recommend the menu and share the knowledge of raw honey products.
• Serving desserts or other food items to customers.
• You will learn how to become a Barista, prepare, make latte art, and serve coffee and honey beverages to customers.

• Planning meals, preparing and cooking foodstuffs.
• Checking the quality of food.
• Weighing, measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes and SOP.
• Regulating the temperature of ovens, grills, roasters and other cooking equipment; inspecting and cleaning the kitchen, kitchen equipment and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices.
